ABSTRACT OF THE REPORT

        We have been submitted the Engineers estimate of the construction of the Nestlé’s building located within the Rockwell Center Block 6, lot 1 in Makati District of Metro Manila Philippines. The area of the building site totalizes1720 square meters.

          The project is an office building and an underground parking garage with a gross building area above ground of approximatively 14,600 square meters, in 13 occupied floors and mechanical penthouse. The building will have 8 levels below grade and a partial water tank level with a below grade area of approximatively 13,977 square meters.

          The architectural systems for the building will consist of high quality material and finishes in keeping with the standards of the first class office building.

         This building has been estimated with Means Costwork ‘99 software provided by RSMeans (Metric edition). The total cost is estimated to be $ 39,535,519, which includes a 10% contingency totalizing $3,422,989, and a 5% general contractor overhead and profit of $1,882,644.
